Terms and Conditions – Global Drone Solutions
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Global Drone Solutions website and training services. By using our website or enrolling in our courses, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. General Conditions
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time with reasonable notice. Your continued use of the website or participation in courses following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.
2. Course Information and Booking
We make every effort to ensure that all course descriptions, content, schedules, and pricing are accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that course information is error-free. All courses are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to modify course content, reschedule, or cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment, instructor availability, or other operational requirements. Where possible, we will provide 48 hours’ notice of any changes.
3. Pricing and Payments
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated. We accept secure payment via major credit cards, PayPal, and other methods as listed at checkout. Full payment is required to secure your course enrollment unless alternative payment arrangements have been agreed in writing.
3.1 Late Payment Fees
If any fees are not paid by the invoice due date, Global Drone Solutions may charge a late payment fee. If Global Drone Solutions deems it necessary to engage a debt collection agency to collect the outstanding amount, all costs associated with debt recovery will be added onto the outstanding debt.
3.2 Bundled Packages
What this means. Bundled packages offer discounted pricing for multiple courses/services purchased together, compared with buying each item at its standalone price.
Eligibility. Bundle pricing applies on the basis that all components in the bundle are undertaken by the enrolled student within the agreed timeframe. Components are not transferable or substitutable without our prior written consent.
Operational rules. For cancellations, reschedules and partial withdrawals after commencement, see Section 5.7 (Bundled Packages – Operational Rules) and Section 11 (Consumer Rights).
